Well, that's true, Grant Cardone is too flashy and brags all day about how expensive his airplane door is and I don't like that.

But I do believe that we shouldn't dislike or hate someone to the point that we're resistant to learn from them what we should.

I mean, yes, Grant Cardone is all what you said, but he has some good qualities that you can learn from him. He has a good work ethic. He knows what it takes to succeed in this world. So why not learn all that from him, and resist everything that makes him a scamster?

For me, I'd say that even if Grant or any other person for that matter, has 99 bad qualities, but one good quality, we should be smart enough to segregate those 99 bad qualities, and focus on the one quality that can help us live better lives.
