That's true Reverie! Sometimes it does make sense to give up. I was just talking about the times we lie to our closed ones that they should give up, when we know that they shouldn't.

And true change comes from within, but sometimes a little nudge from outside can burn the fire within. Obviously the rules are not set in stone and the right answer depends on the situation. But I'm just saying that we should get a bit more comfortable with sharing hard truths with the people we love.
