I think that’s what it’s about. It’s the causal dilemma.
Qualified people who should review anything – especially if something is negative. But when unqualified people leave these one-star reviews, they feel qualified. They feel powerful. Surely, if they’re leaving a negative review they “get it” themselves. Leaving one-start reviews is nothing but a way insecure people try to put themselves on a pedestal and feel good about themselves.
